Returns on Domestic Appliance Parts and Accessories
Shipping Discrepancies
Shipping discrepancies or errors in delivery must be notified within 5 days of receipt
Return of Spare Parts that are delivered damaged
Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged.
If you inform us by phone post or email within 7 days of delivery that the goods are delivered damaged we will refund return postage and replacement at our expense.
Return of Spare Parts that are found to be faulty
All Parts found to be non-defective will be subject to a restocking charge at the descretion of C & M Domestic Appliances
Spare parts will have three month guarantee against failure in normal domestic use
Spare Parts misused or that have been fitted will not be excepted for return or refund
Opened products that include electrical or electronic components returned will subject to a through check and electrical or electronic parts that have been fitted will not be considered for a refund if damage to the electrical or electronic components has occurred
Update of part by Manufacture:
From time to time manufacturer's may update or change the design of the part supplied without prior notice, this is due to their continued improvement to quality and may mean the part supplied is not exactly as displayed here but is the correct and current part.
Return of Spare Parts not required
All parts supplied as per order will be accepted for return within 30 days of the original invoice date but will be subject to a 30% restocking charge. Goods must be returned in there original product packaging unopened.
Specially Ordered Parts direct from manufactures for which you will have notified before delivey will not be accepted for return. Please include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip. Do not mark or apply labels directly to any product or product packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
